Kay Hunter...can you provide me with some much needed advice?? I am hosting a client dinner with 24 executives from my firm and my most important client. It is being held at a fabulous site in New Orleans. We are thrilled and expect great things to come from this event. QUESTION: The managment of the establishment can set the tables in 6 seats or 8. What should I do....
